The Institute of Travel and Tourism Studies - ITTNZ is an offshore academic Institution established to offer virtual training in commercial aviation, aviation safety, and tourism studies, to international students.

Since it formation in 2005, the ITT has attracted dozens of international students from over 25 countries to its world class Flight Attendant training program, and has partnered on this project with some of the leading airline companies in the world.

The institution also offers other third-party accredited training programs in various disciplines predominantly online, using its vast multi-million Dollar servers and internationally acclaimed virtual web tutoring technology acquired from Microsoft, AOL, and Intelsoft.

Administered from its offshore centre in Wellington, New Zealand, the Institute maintains an extended network of agency representatives, partner institutions and shared classroom facilities in over fifteen countries worldwide, but with particular emphasis on the Caribbean, the Pacific Islands, Africa and Latin America.

The Institute has an established and active training arrangement with nearly half-a-dozen carriers which has brought nothing less than world class training standards from some of the most prominent airline companies in the world .

Unlike similar institutions (maybe with similar traits) the Institute of Travel & Tourism studies is the only regional academic Institution whose students and cabin crew trainees are actually trained by airlines.

The Institute also maintains similar training and internship arrangements with just over half a dozen other commercial airlines spanning the United States, Europe and Asia. And has one of the regions highest per capita ratios of graduates employed by international airlines.
